Our Services
Homegrown On Your Own provides vegetable garden planning, planting, and maintenance services all with the goal of teaching you how to grow food successfully. From showing you which plants will thrive on your property to designing a vegetable garden with your favorite crops, Homegrown's ultimate goal is to hand you the keys at season's end so you can enjoy the process independently in the future. Of course, full garden maintenance is available for those who are interested in a full-service program.
All services are billed hourly, so you can have as little or as much help as you desire.
Garden Planning
We listen to what you want to grow and assess your space, ensuring that you can grow the maximum amount of food while providing a healthy environment for your plants.
Garden Maintenance
Whether you want someone to plant your crops, come bi-monthly to ensure they thrive, or have a weekly maintenance for weeding, staking, fertilizing, and harvesting, we can build a plan that is flexible and meets your needs. Vacation maintenance is also available.
Garden Coaching
Hands on, one-on-one instruction of important gardening skills specific to the plants you want to learn to grow. If your goal is to grow food on your own, but don't know where to start, we'll teach you the skills to plant, grow, feed, harvest, diagnosis disease and pest issues, and you will be independent in no-time.
Children's Garden
Connect your child to the environment, have them dig in the dirt and learn about nature in their custom children's garden, all designed with personalized plants and fun lessons as needed.
